‘Radio Golf’ is actually the last play written by the Pulitzer Prize winning playwright August Wilson.

Brooks was reported to have said that Wilson told him he was the person he had in mind when he wrote that character which Brooks first played at Yale Repertory Theater. He spent some six season in ‘Law and Order’ as the Assistant District Attorney Paul Robinette. He has had various film credits but his role in ‘Law and Order’ has been the most prominent so far.

Geva, the Theater that is staging this play is had previously staged all of Wilson’s plays as they planned. There intention was to produce on stage all the plays of August Wilson and will be the first to accomplish it culminates with ‘Radio Golf’ that will be coming up on the 17th of April.

The other plays they have staged includes ‘Gem of the Ocean’, ‘The Piano Lesson’, ‘Fences’, ‘Two Trains Running’ and ‘Radio Golf’. The plays are actually ten in number and it is a very notable achievement on the part of Geva to produce all chronologically and stage them.

‘Radio Golf’ comes with a title that does not really give any clear hint to the content of the play. It is essentially talking about a man who left his neighborhood to go schooling and after graduating from Harvard, he comes back to not just establish a business in real estate but tries to reconnect with his roots.

According to the sources, there have been critical issues regarding the casting for the show. But the actress has completed the casting overhaul and would be soon included in the plot.

During the interview, Noth said that ever since he did not believe that he fits in the show. He said that he accepted the part because the offer was good. The agreement was that he will not have to do every episode.

Noth also said that they have done good in the show. His co-workers are great and he likes working with them. However, Noth is not up to doing something that he doesn’t totally like.

Noth even commented about the show, saying that the show, dealing with laws and criminal cases becomes boring as it progress because the story looks all the same.
