This episode was continually great throughout. The entire episode was wonderful, nevermind the joke including the pigeon. Compared to past Law & Order plots, this one was the best for the new season. The prime suspect was conceived to be unstoppable for a length of time and considered extremely dangerous.

The part where his hitman surprised the Law & Order crew was unexpected. Marcus Woll returns with vigor as his sly villainous character. For a time it seemed that Mike and Connie would not be able to crack Woll. A love triangle was also revealed in this episode and although I wasn’t a fan for this story, it didn’t destroy my overall perception of the episode. I would like to see Marcus Woll return again as it would be interesting to see him more in the series.
