‘Law & Order’ tries controversy with the abortion episode

Submitted on December 5, 2009 No Comment

Law& Order has taken a big bite on this and takes up a big issue about abortion. It is definitely a brave decision but somewhere along the line it does give up. The title is Dignity and it is all set to be controversial and it would probably be as it will cover many things, the arguments and literally tackles the subject from both sides and the more you watch it you will know that it will come to the same conclusion as before and always. The question comes that why would Law & Order go about it after such a long time again. The case is around one anti abortionist who had entered a service and sat in the pew while shooting the person in the front who was a doctor performing abortions. He is naturally apprehended and admits his guilt yet his lawyer states that he was justified as he was preserving life the doctor was going to abort and naturally, there are many different views.

Law & Order

Till the time the case has gone to court, there have been so many things on abortion while Roe v Wade that some people might find it too much for them. In the court, the judge takes the mellow dramatic testimonies.

This episode was definitely a bold step
